Booking & Cancellation Policy

Please arrive on time to enjoy your full appointment.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session may be cancelled and you will be charged in full.

No-shows for any reason will be charged the full appointment fee.

First-time clients are asked to pay a small fee for their personal file & buffer kit, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes.
